1. Overview
Rasterdeck respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed on our platform, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent using the procedures below.
2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, you must provide the following information in writing:
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Location of infringing material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on Rasterdeck (please provide the specific URL).
- Contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal (URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the US, any judicial district in which Rasterdeck may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
Rasterdeck will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances. We track DMCA takedown notices and may issue warnings or immediately terminate accounts based on the nature and frequency of infringement.
6. Misrepresentation Warning
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be subject to liability. Please ensure your DMCA notice or counter-notification is accurate before submitting.
